Workshop on Block Printing

Department of Fashion Design conducted a workshop on “Block Printing” by Prof. Sharddha Jhaloya on 01/09/2018 for the students of II year. As the technique is used in various field of fashion designing, so was fruitful to learn for the students. Hand block printing is not limited to India only. It has its wings spread over many other parts of the world. UK, China, Japan, Peru etc are the places where this printing technique is used. It is quite famous amongst many fashion zones and various experiments are done in it in order to make it contemporary.
