To expertise the students regarding the  Tablet formulation, Tablet Defects and Tablet coating methods.

This product development session was organized for Students of VIII Sem., who are appearing in various interview for pharmaceutical production department.

By this type of activity student will learn about the theoretical aspects of the  Tablet formulation, Tablet Defects and Tablet coating methods. During the session Dr. Amit K Jain (Principal, BRNCOP )taught the students about formulation of tablet, additives used, examples of different additives, pictorial image of machinery used in industry and their application, tableting defects and their remedies. Also taught in detail about the simple coating, sugar coating and enteric coating and material used in different type of coatings. Coating defects  and their remedies related topics also covered in the session.
