A training programme , aptly titled “Journey to Excellence Training” (JET) was organized at Mandsaur University on Sunday, 25th April 2017 for the officers and staff members of Smriti Nagrik bank, Mandsaur.
First session was taken by Prof. Dilip Kumar Patnaik, Registrar on the topic “Future Banking”, giving a glimpse of the transformation of banking in futureby dominating the digital economy using Fintech. He outlined the changing role of banks from a digital platform to asset network to a controller of all production & sales to ultimately overtaking governance by the year 2200.
Prof. Jagdish Khatri, Director-BMC &HR took the Second session on “Customer Satisfaction”, which began with a game called “100% Inspection”. The results of the game proved to be an eye-opener for all the participants. The session included lively discussion on customer needs & expectations, implications of satisfied & dissatisfied customers, customer touch points and customer experience management. Practical examples and stories were narrated to highlight the changing perceptions about quality and customer relationship.
Mr. GT Hemnani, CEO highlighted the need for such training. Mr. Surendra Fakrya listed the important lessons learnt. Ms. Sapna proposed vote of thanks. The participants in their feedback thanked the Smriti Bank Management for arranging such an informative & interesting training and requested for more such sessions.
