Brief description / remarks:
Objective: To expertise the students regarding the working of High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) Instrument.
This session was organized for Students of VIII Sem., who are appearing in various interviews process for quality control and pharmaceutical production department. By this type of activity student will learn about the theoretical as well as practical aspects of the High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) Instrument. During the demonstration Mr. Karan Gupta taught the students about principle and working mechanism of HPLC and about the various columns used in analysis of the pharmaceuticals. HPLC is used to separate the phases of a solid or liquid analyte, regardless of its stability and volatility. At the end, students were able to answer about the basics of HPLC.
Students learnt about the High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) Instrument. This will definitely help the students during the advancement of the career and Interview processes.
