National Seminar “ Promising Sustainbility Through Green Management”

With a view to uphold and impart integral development of the personality of the students, Faculty of Life Science encouraged students to work in minor projects of one month and to present the same in different seminars and conferences. These Conferences and seminars aim at identifying the young and rising researchers who would have the ability to perform innovative research works.

Six students (divided into two groups) from Department of Life Science With Faculty Dr. Taniya Sengupta Rathore participated and presented their research work in a National Seminar Venued at St. Paul Institute of Professional Studies, Indore affiliated to Devi Ahilya University. Shalina Patidar, Priyanshi Rathore B.Sc Honours Ist Year Microbiology and Aman Khan of B.Sc Honours Ist Year Biotechnology presented their piece of work entitled “Change in physiological properties of Black Soil Amended with Tea Waste and their Effect on Seed Germination of Triticum aestivum”. Another group consist of Gourav Mali, Omprakash Patidar B.Sc Honours IInd Year Biotechnology and Shakshi Patidar B.Sc Honours Ist Year Biotechnology presented their research paper entitled “Environmental Management through Characterization of Synthesized Bioplastics Based on Soybean Agro Waste and Identification of Fungi for their Biodegradation” They have completed their piece of research  under the guidance of Assistant Professor Dr. Taniya Sengupta Rathore.
