National Seminar on Intellectual Property Rights(IPR) and Patent Filing

Department of Computer Applications & Department of Electrical & Electronics organized a national seminar on Intellectual Property Rights(IPR) and Patent Filing. Dr. Manish Rachchh, Director and CEO, Accuprec Research Labs Pvt. Ltd., Ahmedabad was the resource person.

It was a one day national seminar which was organized by Department of Computer Applications & Department of Electrical & Electronics. Program started with the traditional lamp lightening ceremony. Main objective of the seminar was to make aware about “Intellectual Property Rights and Patent filing” to registered participants.Seminar was organized to promote awareness about Intellectual Property Rights and Patent filing. Seminar provided information about how to protect intellectual property by means of trade secrets, patents, trademarks, registered designs, domain names, copyrights and how to take profit from such Intellectual Property Rights as commercial and marketing tools.

The program was coordinated by Dr. Nilesh jain and Dr. Manish Jain along with their team. More than 190 participants including students and professor of educational intuitions from Mandsaur, Neemuch, Ratlam and Indore participated in the seminar.
