ADVANCED RESEARCH FACILITY
The advanced research facility laboratory is established for the students, research scholars and teachers of the MandsaurUniversity who are actively engaged in R&D activities in the emerging areas of Pharmaceutical science, Engineering & Technology. The Central Laboratory is presently having sophisticated instruments like High Performance Thin layer Chromatography, High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS), UV-VIS-NIR-Spectrophotometer, Differential Scanning Calorimeter, Lyophilizer, FTIR Spectrometer, Gas Chromatography etc.These instruments are generally used to pursue R & D activities by our University Teaching Departments other academic/research Institute/Universities and Industries.

Separation of different component of drugs/metabolite in serum/plasma/synthetic mixture/trace organic/pesticide and PAHs etc.
Fourier transform Infrared Spectroscopy:
Basic drug research and structural elucidation, Formulation development and validation, Quality control processes for incoming and outgoing materials, Packaging testing
Moisture content of cereals, starch, flour, noodles, brewed products, sea foods and marine products, meat products, spices, sweets, dairy products, dried foods, vegetable oils and other food articles; pharmaceuticals; ores; cokes; glass materials; cement; chemical fertilizers; pulp and paper; cotton; various fabrics and other industrial goods. In pharmaceutical it can be used for determination of moisture content of powder, particles, paste, and liquid)
