Brief description/ Remarks: An Online quiz was conducted on “Microbiology and Agriculture”in which 15 mltiple choice questions were asked. Participants who scored 50% marks and above have been provided an e-certificate of participation. The aim of this quiz was to provide knowledge for students and farmers the positive and negative role of microbes in the soil and can take right decision during making strategies for the disease management.
Outcome: In this quiz not only Students, academicians, and research scholars from different states of India but also from other countries have participated. We received positive feedback of participants.
No. of participants: A total of 3608 responses were received from participants of various 27 states of India along with 8 other countries. Below is attached the list number of participants out of which 2993 passed the examination and obtained an e-certificate.
