Industrial and Corporate Trip
Activity: Hotel Visit with a Practical Session.
Date: 15.02.2017, Wednesday (for 01 Day)
Hotel: Hotel Karnawat Avenue(Resort), Jaora, Dist. Ratlam.
Hotel Karnawat Avenue:
Hotel Karnawat Avenue is a 3 star newly built hotel cum Resort which is located in Civil Lines area of Jaora city. It is 48 KM far from Mandsaur university. The hotel has 21 fully equipped AC rooms with 02 conference cum Banquet Hall. In addition it has all the modern facilities also, like: automatic elevator, a large parking area, a compact marriage garden area etc.
Practical Session:
We conducted a 2 hr Hotel Visit activities under the guidance of MR. Karnawat, a practical session was also organized by Dr. Jodhana and all the activities of Front office, housekeeping department were practiced properly like making a Bed, Handling the reservation, Reception etc.
Resource Persons:
The Industrial Visit was organized in coordination with Hotel Karnawat Avenue. In this visit, our resource persons Mr. Ravi Karnawat (MD-Hotel Karnawat Avenue) and Mr. Sanjay Kumar (GM-Hotel Karnawat Avenue) have supported and described each and every part of the hotel deeply and thoroughly.
Students Attendance: 12 (B.A. – Tourism & Hospitality), Sem – II.

Activities:
- 02 hrs Hotel Visit was organized under the supervision of Mr. Ravi Karnawat (MD) and Lunch was provided by the hotel staff.
- In afternoon, 02 hrs long practical cum interactive session was organized by Dr. Jodhana for an overall exposure of Hospitality and Tourism Industry.
