The program in Computer Science and Applications offers a comprehensive educational program from across a broad spectrum of theoretical and applied computer science and application, combined with research opportunities in many areas of the field. The Department of Computer Application offers degrees at the Bachelors and Masters levels. The faculties believes in a strong advising approach and, as advisors, help students choose the appropriate program according to their goals, needs, and interests. The mission of our program is to encourage each student’s capacity for original and creative thinking, to understand the current state of the art of research and to assist him or her in producing innovative research. This is a senior level course that prepares professionals to meet the complex demands of the IT industry. It emphasizes on planning, designing and building of complex commercial application software and system software. The Department of Computer Application strives to offer quality undergraduate and graduate courses and programs in computer science. Consistent with these objectives are the high priorities the department places on quality research and effective teaching. The department seeks to attract highly qualified students as majors to both its undergraduate and graduate programs. The course was designed to meet the growing demand for qualified professionals in the field of Information Technology. This course significantly emphasizes planning, designing and building of complex commercial application software and system software. The course also places equal importance on functional knowledge in various areas.
