Expert Talk On “Basics of Solar Power Generation”

Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering has organized an Expert Talk on “Basics of Solar Power Generation” on 30 October 2017 for BE II to IV year students and Diploma II and III year students. The resource person,  Mr Anil Pareekh, Manager of the Department of Maintenance from Welspon Solar Power Plant, Dekan (Neemuch). Mr Pareekh has a wide interest in generation, transmission & distribution of solar power plants with over thirteen years of  experience.Students have learnt the basics of the solar power plant including  PV array working with parameters to select the site for the establishment of the plant. Moreover, he also discussed current set-up of Welspon Solar Power Plant with its output capacity and other technical aspects. Total 46 students were present.
