Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) is organizing two days Vikram Sarabhai Space Exhibition on 11th and 12th February 2016 at Mandsaur University, Mandsaur.

Through the last four decades, India’s space program has attracted global attention for its accelerated rate of development. India’s cost-effective space program has launched 40 satellites for 19 countries to date and has the potential to serve as the world’s launch pad.
There is a tremendous scope in contributions to the realization of operational missions and new areas such as satellite navigation.

The exhibition will showcase about various Remote Sensing satellites and Communication Satellite, their applications, Chandrayaan/Mars mission, models of camera of mars Mission, Nano payload, satellite images, MOM, RISAT, IRNSS; scale down models of PSLV, GSLV, various satellite models of INSAT and IRS, OCM, Aryabhatta, RISAT, a working model from showing satellites and various documentary videos on launching and mars mission. Apart from all above mechanical components, parts used in satellites are also displayed. ISRO’s Geo portal-BHUVAN website will be demonstrated during the exhibition.

This exhibition is a unique opportunity to know space technology, To Interact with Space Scientists and   get a deeper understanding of this field. Scientist will also guide and motivate students for making career in space science and technology.
