Department of Journalism & Mass Communication of Mandsaur University, is continuously organizing webinar and workshops for student learning. In this scenario for the very first time,Journalism Department had conducted lecture on Career in Electronic Media by Tanseem Haider AAJ Tak. Tanseem haider is having 20+ year of experience in media industry. It was our first lecture which was conducted in dept. post Covid. The program was started by Assistant professor ArunJaiswal he introduced the guest among students and other faculty members. HOD Dr, Manish Jaisal had given welcome speech. Mr. Tanseem Haiderlaid his emphasizes on reading of news paper is foremost important work. Write 1000 words on any topic on daily basis to enhance your writing skill. To Judge your body style and face expression stand in front of mirror and then evaluate yourself for better outcome. Work on your punctuation whether it is Hindi or English. In media having knowledge of both the medium is most important so read two news paper on daily basis Hindi & English. Sharing his experience, he said there is nothing like big and small town if you know your potential and your goal is clear about future aspects you will definitely achieve. Speaking in public platforms always boost your confidence as you are having this opportunity so grab this opportunity and break the boundary being created by yourself. Before writing for any topic do the research on a broad level. Having mic in your hand speaking in front of camera is not just reporting. Reporting is having deep knowledge of your beat or desired area also having good communication skill to communicate with public. In the last part of the session students were actively asking question as per their doubts. Vote of thanks was given by Assistant professor Arun Jaiswal.

Outcome:
The Main outcome of conducting this gust lecture was to solve students doubts in the field of Journalism, to aware them about the challenges of media field. To Focus more on class activity.
