Children’s Day Celebration
Children are the future. Nurture them right, so that they grow up to be able leaders and lead the world toward light. As a tribute to our First Prime Minister Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru who advocated for children to have fulfilled education, 14th November is celebrated as children’s Day in India.
With the same thought, Faculty of Life Science has celebrated the day on 14th November 2019 within the department from 2.00 pm to 4.00pm. Faculty members have organized several activities for the students which reversed their mind back to their childhood followed by distributing refreshments and gifts. The activities includes:
- Bal Sabha: In this activity students were asked to perform anything related to their childhood such as reciting nursery poems, stories songs etc.
- Wo din bachpan ke: In this event the photos of students were displaced and asked all the students to identify the photo. After identification the student whose photo has been displaced was asked to share their good memorable movements of their childhood.
- Dream @ Mandsaur University: Students were asked to write their views about the department and the university and where they want to see their university in future.
