A Guest Lecture on Antenna Measurements

An expert lecture on “Antenna Measurements” was successfully conducted by ECE Department on 29/04/2017, at VLSI Lab. Speaker of this lecture was  Dr. Avinash Rai, Professor from  UIT, Bhopal.  The foremost purpose of this expert lecture is to bridge theoretical concepts learnt by the students with the actual  Antennas developed for Defence applications. The resource person, during the lecture, focused on Antenna fundamentals, Electronic War components, Capabilities in antenna technology, EW Antenna objectives, Omni antennas, Frequency Independent Antennas, Spiral Antennas, and Helix Spiral Antennas. He also described the use of Direction finding systems.
