The event  commenced with the lamp lighting of Lord Sarasvati and an invocation speech by Ms. Tanushree Shrivastav. The opening remarks were presented by Akshara Nahata, student of Mandsaur International School. Henceforth, the debate was initiated by the students from University as well as from MIS, who argued for the motion and against the motion. Saksham Bhindal from Computer Science department championed the competition whereas Ashwini Rathore emerged as runner up.

The competition was worth-enjoying for the audience. Every debater was cheered and clapped up for their pleasing presentation and sharp arguments. The competition revealed many aspects of CAA & NRC and its impact before the audience. A question hour round was open up for the audience. Finally, trophies along with certificates were distributed among the participants. Hon’ Chancellor Sir shared his opinion of a great debater and delivered the traits on how to become an efficient orator and express your thoughts on a public platform. The event was concluded with national anthem. The event witnessed a mass gathering of the students and faculties from all the departments.
