The term “Scholarship” can have many meanings. At its most basic meaning, a scholarship is money for college that you will not be expected to repay. Scholarships are offered by colleges, the government, some private organizations and individual charities. It is a better  to apply for multiple scholarships at the same time and increase the chances of wining one. The Ministry offers National as well as External Scholarships to the needy students.

  1. General Rules and Conditions for Scholarship Scheme

2.1. Excellence in Result:

(2.1.1) Scholarship will be applicable for four years to student, if he/she will be all  cleared with minimum CGPA 6.5 in previous year and their should be no. back subject (All clear).

(2.1.2) If student fails to maintain minimum CGPA , then next academic year scholarship will be stopped and it will be continued in subsequent years, if  minimum CGPA will be obtained.

2.2. Minimum attendance achievements

(2.2.1) Scholarship will be applicable for four years to students, if he/she has 75% attendance in previous year.

(2.2.2) If student fails to maintain attendance , then next academic year scholarship will be stopped and it will be continued in subsequent years, if  minimum attendance will be achieved.

2.3. No scholarship / financial aid / stipend from any other source:

The student shall be entitled for scholarship only if he/she is not availing any scholarship / financial aid / stipend from any other source whatsoever

2.4. Submission of scholarship form and relevant documents:

The student should be submitted filled scholarship form with documents (photocopies of 10th,12th mark sheets and / or JEE Score Card) before last date of admission.

  1. Procedure of application-

First – Candidate will collect application form from counseling office.

Second – Candidate will complete application form duly signed by parents and attach

all required documents.

Third – Submission of application with required mark sheets & latest photograph  at counseling office.

  1. Duties of associated members of counseling /department:

4.1. Counseling office will provide data of new admitted students (approved list of scheme) to account section and head of respective department respectively.

4.2. Head of respective departments will verify and then forward the case of scholarship to account section from second year onwards on the basis of result and attendance.

In absence of relevant sports certificates scholarship application will not be considered
