Rang Shilp – Wall Painting Competition
Department of Fashion Design / Fashion Club conducted a centralized activity of wall painting competition on 19-10-2019 i.e. Saturday by the name of “Rang Shilp – Wall Painting Competition”. 48 participants were participated from 09 departments of Mandsaur University. Venue was Mess of campus -1 and time duration was 02 Hrs. The theme was wall painting competition Heritage of MP. The participants were presented from B.Ed, DBMS, Pharmacy, Ayurveda, Engineering, Life Science, Journalism & Mass Communication and Fashion Design Departments. Dr. Prerna Mitra from Govt. P.G. College, Mandsaur & Mrs. Manisha Patidar, Fine Art Expert were Judges of the competition. They evaluated painting on creativity, relevancy to the theme and color combination & presentation.
Dr. Shailendra Sharma (Vice-Chancellor) awarded prize to three best groups of wall painting competition.First Prize awarded to Ms. Manisha Malviya, Mr. Lucky Parmar & Ms. Mahima Patidar from Pharmacy Department, Second prize awarded to Ms. Kunika Ranka, Ms. Husaina A.W. & Ms. Roshni Adwani from Fashion Design Department and Third Prize awarded to Mr. Narendra Prajapat, Ms. Nourin Shaikh & Ms. Varsha Rathore from Fashion Design Department.
Dr. Shailendra Sharma (Vice-Chancellor), Dr. Lokeshwar Singh Jodhana (Head- MU Centralized Activity), Judges, faculties from all departments were visited venue and appreciated the efforts of all participants. Dr. Sharma also encouraged participants in his addressing speech and stated that it will be organize on large scale in future. Dr. Lokeshwar Singh Jodhana from Tourism & Hospitality, Ms. Shraddha Jhaloya (Assistant Professor- FD), Mr. Kapil Kumar Madhukar (Assistant Professor- FD) & Mrs. Aruna Vyas from Fashion Design Department were coordinated the event.
