Expert Talk on Mutual Fund & it’s operation

Faculty of Business Management and Commerce organized a session on “Mutual Fund and it’s operation” on 01 November 2019, which was delivered by Mr. Pushpraj Singh (Cluster Manager, Western Zone – U.P., HDFC Mutual Fund.The basic objective of session was to make the students aware about the concept of Mutual fund and its related aspects along with the knowledge of investment avenues. The session started at 11.00 am in the MBA Lab with warm welcome by Prof. Ruben; Prof Avinash Vikram (HOD) greeted the guest by presenting a bouquet. In the session speaker highlighted the basics of banks, inflation, investment, power of compounding, mutual fund etc. and also discussed the emerging issues in Indian investment market. The session was interactive in nature and the students took participation by raising queries like NPA, mergers, PMC crisis etc. All the departmental faculty members and students were present during the session. The session concluded with a vote of thanks given by Dr. Mukesh Sharma.
